11/9/22 Update: We have removed anyone who has their home address on a neighbor Island and removed anyone who surfed up at the Haleiwa event. All Oahu residents points have been adjusted to move up only if you were affected in placement points. We welcome any neighbor island resident to compete on Oahu, but you will not receive points because we want to prioritize our Oahu Residents first, especially at our HIC Prime events. If you have a membership on Oahu and have a home address on a neighbor island, we have sent in a request for your refund to be processed.
